With in person training and group classes you're only really getting education and accountability for that one hour a few times per week. Online coaching not only allows me to track data DAILY that is crucial for fat loss (like sleep, stress, nutrition, steps, etc.), it also allows us to stay in contact 24/7. You never have to go at it alone again.
